COVID-19 Information

We are constantly updating our Covid 19 safety plans as restrictions and rules change.  Current hard copies can be found at the property and we are able to send a current PDF of it upon request. Each booking will receive an electronic copy of the plan prior to booking.

Our booking policy is to allow no cancellations or postponements for any reason including Covid related.

If for any reason however, you decide to postpone or cancel we will attempt to rebook your dates for a fee (if successful) of 10% of the total booking amount.

If Highball House is unavailable for our guests for any reason from our end (inc a Covid related lockdown of Bundanoon or NSW only) we will provide a full refund of any payments received by us.This may not include fees paid to other parties.
