Such an amazing place! Went down with a bunch of friends for the weekend, lit the fire, talked until all hours of the morning and just enjoyed life. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is FULLY equipped, the rumpus room is GREAT for the kids - pool table, dart board, TV, soccer balls, tennis rackets (tennis courts a couple min away from the accommodation), and the property is a large enough for the kids to run around on. They also have plenty of bikes to explore the neighbourhood on!
Highly recommended - we will be back again!

Recently spent the weekend here for a birthday turn surprise wedding. It was the most amazing venue for this momentous occasion. Everything you could possibly need, plenty of space, games room, commercial kitchen and incredible living spaces with an element of luxury. Loved this place and could not recommend enough for any occasion!

Had a wonderful wedding celebration at Highball House! The house was beautifully decorated with art, history and antique furniture. Every room was a delight and the sunroom was the perfect place for an intimate ceremony and to enjoy the view of the grounds with a cup of tea.
We spent most of our time in the spacious and beautiful lounge areas playing boardgames and there was plenty of space inside and outside for children to play.
The kitchen and amenities suited all the needs of the weekend. Just need to be mindful of the 10pm outdoor noise curfew; however, this is understandable to be respectful of the area but time flies when you're having fun!
A perfect place for a weekend getaway for a large group no matter the weather!

Highball House team's attention to detail and all round care and consideration of our needs - outstanding. The place is good value for money and we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend both the location and Highball House. “Great & spacious ”; “Perfect” and “Beautiful place”.

Love Highball House! Perfectly beautiful interiors with a cool edge and a quiet, relaxed vibe. The lounge/drawing room with massive log fire was so, so cosey in the middle of winter - just what you need in the Southern Highlands; well, that and a big glass of red. We did take the cheese and wine to the outdoor deck though...The whole place is just so chilled.
We went down with a group of mates but it would be great for weddings or wedding anniversary parties or family gatherings. Any event you want a bit of space to enjoy yourself and sets a stylish scene but isn't hard work in any way! Love it.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Bundanoon staying at Highball house. It was a big event for my family - my mum’s 80th birthday and Highball house was the perfect accommodation for our group.
The place is amazing, it’s so comfortable and there’s everything you need right there. The location in the Southern Highlands is perfect, close enough to Bundanoon for an easy stroll in to the village but when you’re at the house you feel like you’re the only people around.
The gardens are beautiful, there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and there’s plenty of living space inside – a huge kitchen, amazing dining room (where we hosted the 80th birthday dinner) as well as a huge outdoor patio under cover.
If you are looking for group accommodation for any event I can’t recommend Highball House enough and I can’t wait to go there again !
