Minimum Stay

2 nights, except for Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Check in 2pm and checkout 10am. $3,000 inc GST per night. Generally an earlier checkin and later checkout can be confirmed closer to the date of stay if there are no adjacent bookings at no extra cost.

Stay Longer

Extra nights over the minimum stay are half price. $1,500 inc GST.

Week long stays are 50% discount off daily rate $10,500 inc GST. Must check in Monday to Thursday.

Tuesday and Wednesday night specials

Stay one night with early checkin and late checkout for $3500 inc GST. Both nights for $4500 inc GST total.

Inclusions

Towels and bedding.

Beds are made up on arrival.

Hand and body wash in bathrooms.

Firewood and 8 bikes.

Broadband/WIFI Internet.

Visa and mastercard charges.

Indoor and Outdoor Games.

Detached studio for functions/yoga or conferences for up to 26 people.

Coffee, Oil, salt and pepper, paper towels in Kitchen.

Payment Terms

10% deposit

40% Payment 4 weeks after receipt of deposit or 4 weeks before

stay whichever is the sooner.

50% payment 4 weeks before stay.

$1000 refundable damage deposit payable in last payment.

All payments by debit or credit card Visa/Mastercard and fees are included in the amount.

Damage deposit bond refunded to the same card in approx 2 weeks of stay.

No Cancellation Policy.

We have a no cancellation/refund policy and upon booking you are committed to pay the full amount. We will only cancel and refund if we are unable to make the property available to you because of circumstances beyond our control.

If you want to bring the booking forward to an earlier date there is no charge.

If you want to postpone for a later date we will endeavor to rebook the property for you and if successful will advise you the booking can be moved.

Alternatively, if this is not successful we can transfer your booking to an unbooked date in the future, however this date can only be guaranteed 4 weeks in advance.

before the stay and will be subject to a further transfer of the date in the case the provisional date gets booked out. Both of these incur a 10% admin fee of the booking amount.
